Girls who had been on NuvaRing before starting to TTC.
Were any of you using Nuvaring as your birth control method before TTC?
How long were after you stopped using it did your cycles seem to regulate?
How long did you wait before starting to TTC?
I'm trying to start to get a grasp on what my normal CM cycles are but I'm wondering if its pointless since I'm not done with using Nuvaring yet. Did your CM patterns change after going off Nuvaring?

I've never been on nuvaring but I'm pretty sure you should wait until after you stop using it before trying ot decipher your CM cycles. I think your CM on any sort of hormonal BC will be different then what you would see without the BC.

i agree. didnt do nuvaring either but im am SURE it blocks CM production like most hormonal contraceptives do. you're CM off of it will be completely different so there's no point in tracking it until you are off. good luck though!!
