Girls who have had 2 or more babies..

DId you deliver around the same time with both?

I was 1 week late with DS and had no progression and had a scheduled c-section because of his size.. so I never went into labor. I am wondering if the odds are that the same thing would happen with this one. I am having a scheduled c-section with this one at 39 weeks (I am 34 weeks now) but I keep wondering if I will go into labor before. I am so crampy all the time and just feel different with this one than with DS.

I did deliver around the same time, but it's hard to tell what would've happened since #2 was a scheduled c/s.

DD#1 was born at 40 weeks and 2 days.
DD#2 was born on her due date; however, during the monitoring before the operation, I was contracting quite a bit and it was getting uncomfortable, so I think I would have gone on my own within a couple of days.

I was 2 days late with #1 and 15 days early with #2. I just KNEW I was going to go early b/c I was so uncomfortable, lots of braxton hicks etc.

I am almost 36 weeks pregnant with my second and I am noticing a big difference. I didn't feel ONE contraction (even though I was contracting according to monitoring) until I went into labor with DS. This time I have been having contractions and a dull crampy "period" type feeling here and there. I am so uncomfortable. I just drink more and TRY to lay down (with my 18 month old!) to make sure its not dehydration. I think I am going early this time around too (DS was 9 days early)...won't I be disappointed if he's not earlyChat Icon
