Girls who recently lost a lot of weight
Do you still feel heavy? 
When I look in the mirror most of the time I still see me plus 40 pounds....
Even when I shop...I'll look at something in my "now" size and think there is NO WAY that will fit me...and it does...
I wasn't heavy all my life, in fact most of my adult life I was about the size I am now...even thinner
Its just such a weird feeling!

This is definately how I feel!
Sometimes I look in the mirror and don't recognize myself. I don't look in the and see fat me. But I certainly don't forget what fat me looks like.

I definitely still feel "big" at times but I think that is because I still have weight to lose! But just like the bad days I have good days too when I feel thin. I think it's just natural
