Girls who've had jhs at top point

I've been letting it air dry and the front sides are still kind of wavy and very frizzy. The back and underneath part all dry nice and smooth and straight. I have to flat iron the sides to make them nice.

Do you think I should go back? I mean its a hike and a pain with parking & all but I feel like it should be drying straight all over. Would they even be able to fix it?

Thanks!

I don't think it should be wavy, but frizzy...do you mean damaged frizzy? Because when I had mine done I was due for a trim long before, so afterwards I really needed some of it trimmed.

I would call them and ask?

ETA: After my trim, my hair ends were fine.

Same here. The ends were frizzed from highlights & lots of split ends. I was long overdue for a trim, which I got yesterday.

eta. if it's wavy, I would call. It shouldn't be wavy at all.

I was tempted to call too. I find though that if I dry it with a dryer it dries ok now. Maybe get another trim and if that doesn't help I would call. Chat Icon

how long ago did you guys have it done? Recently, right? If mine dries wavy or frizzy, I'll be bummed - I did this so I don't have to deal with that!

I had mine done last Friday & lasted all week with split ends/frizziness. I had my hair trimmed yesterday. It's 100% better.

Mine has ZERO waves and ZERO frizz with airdrying. it is possible they didn't leave the reducing agent (the first step) on long enough. I would call and see if they will do the sides again.

Re: Girls who've had jhs at top point

ok - I have a little bit of a wave/frizz in the back of my hair (one section) - I want to call but I'm nervous that if it is touched again - the hair will just break off - as is, there's a decent amount of breakage/flyaways...thoughts?

I give you all credit fr doing the JHS. I wish I could. I would be afraid my hair would break off like my friend's did.

I finally called and she said if the part that is wavy/frizzy is on the part of my hair that is highlighted (which it is), she cant put any more product on it bc it will fall out. She said I can come back in for a trim. Chat Icon

I just read what you wrote about going back to top point...the other place used something different on my friends hair which is chemically treated so maybe their product would really help,,,its not the liscio stuff, its shishedo crytlizer (something like that)
