Re: girls with morning sickness....HELP!
I need to eat protien to take the M/S away, but I know carbs help a lot of girls on here. Unfortunately the only thing to do is try it and see if it helps.
I feel your pain - I've been sick the past 2 weeks and the last thing I want to do is eat something, but it does take the edge off the nausea.
I hope you get some relief soon

Re: girls with morning sickness....HELP!
I will be 16 weeks on Friday and I still have all day sickness. Im hoping it will go away soon, since I have been miserable all these weeks. At this point dont worry about what is healthy to eat focus more on what you can tolerate. You should definitely not stop eating, try to have small meals instead. Carbs helped me somewhat. Crackers made it worse and definitely couldnt even tolerate the smell of ginger ale. Surprisingly cold water was so comforting. Lemonade, sour things but everyone is different, try new things and have plenty of snacks around. Hang in there!

Re: girls with morning sickness....HELP!
I eat small amounts of carbs (piece of toast) every 2 hours or so (or whenever I feel it coming on) Seltzer has also helped me...GL

Re: girls with morning sickness....HELP!
carbs definitely help; i've had more bagels in 11 weeks than I had the whole year. a toasted bagel with butter helped me a lot. definitely eat every couple of hours also.
feel better

Re: girls with morning sickness....HELP!
I throw up every morning as soon as I get up, and gag until about noon. Eating helps tremendously. I have the TLC 7 Grain crackers and they help a lot. For breakfast I have either a bowl of cereal or peanut butter on a sandwich thin, then I have an apple. Definitely force yourself to eat. That's something I had to get used to as well.

Re: girls with morning sickness....HELP!
Chewing peppermint gum helped me when I felt nauseous.
