Girls with thick hair
What brush do you use?
I was brushing my hair after the shower the other day and I literally ripped the brush out of the handle. Only the 2nd time this has ever happened in my life but clearly it's time for a better one.

I typically condition my hair and while in the shower comb it with a wide tooth comb, then rinse.
I find that process makes brushing of hair (doesn't matter on the brush) much easier.

-comb while IN the shower with a really wide tooth comb, rinse.
-get out of shower, towel dry, then comb AGAIN with wide tooth comb
-let air dry for 5 min while i put clothes on
-THEN brush/blow dry

I just use a Goody brush when I get out of the shower and blow dry natural.

I use a Goodie brush too - my hair is insanely thick... so I use a lot of leave in conditioner before i even brush - I have broken a few brushes in my time

Wide tooth comb. Sometimes a paddle type brush or even a plastic one that is all one piece.
