Re: Give me your best Pork Chops recipe!
I love this from the From Foodnetwork easy and yummy
Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops Recipe courtesy Giada De Laurentiis
Recipe Summary Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 12 minutes Yield: 4 servings User Rating: 2 large eggs 1 cup dried Italian-style bread crumbs 3/4 cups freshly grated Parmesan 4 (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick) center-cut pork loin chops (each about 10 to 12 ounces) Salt and freshly ground black pepper 6 tablespoons olive oil Lemon wedges, for serving
Whisk the eggs in a pie plate to blend. Place the bread crumbs in another pie plate. Place the cheese in a third pie plate. Sprinkle the pork chops generously with salt and pepper. Coat the chops completely with the cheese, patting to adhere. Dip the chops into the eggs, then coat completely with the bread crumbs, patting to adhere. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a very large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops, in batches if necessary, and cook until golden brown and the center reaches 150 degrees, about 6 minutes per side. Transfer the chops to plates and serve with lemon wedges.
I made these last night and they were also delicious
PORK MEDALLIONS WITH LEMON AND CAPERS

1 cup chicken stock or canned broth 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons capers, drained 1/4 cup peeled diced lemon segments (optional) Chopped fresh chives or green onion tops
Press pepper onto both sides of pork pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Season pork with salt. Cook until just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to plates and keep warm.
Add stock and lemon juice to skillet. Boil until reduced to 1/2 cup, about 7 minutes. Whisk in remaining 3 tablespoons butter. Add capers and lemon segments if desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over pork. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
Serves 4.

Re: Give me your best Pork Chops recipe!
I take boneless pork chops, cut up a green and/or red pepper (or both depending on how much pork you have) some onion, and cover with canned diced tomatos. sprinkle with Mrs Dash, basil and oregano. Bake at 375 for about 40 mins or until pork is done.
Serve over rice, pasta or noodles.
Yummy!!

Re: Give me your best Pork Chops recipe!
Pineapple Pork Chops
1 tablespoon honey mustard 1 cup crushed pineapple 1 clove garlic 4 pork chops
Combine mustard, garlic & pineapple in ziplock bag. (I poke fork holes in chops so the stuff can really get into them) Add chops to mixture in ziplock. Marinate for several hours, turning over periodically.
Place in skillet and fry until done. Don't add the mixture from bag to the frying pan (I don't know why). If you want to fry them with a bit more pineapple, which I usually do, just add new crushed pineapple from the can.
**Another real easy recipe is to just put them in a pan with a can of sauerkraut and fry them up until done.

Re: Give me your best Pork Chops recipe!
oh...i just made pork chops last nite.. I seasoned them w/Olive oil, salt & pepper and a little ranch seasoning and cooked them in a pan ,got them nice and brown. And i made a roasted red pepper sauce to put on top: saute 1/2 a chopped onion in oil, when they start to get soft, add about 1/2 -2/3 a cup of roasted red peppers til warm. Put onion/pepper mixture into a food processor w/ abt 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 a packet of the hidden valley ranch seasoning.. blend til smooth, then top your pork chops with the mixture!
I made orzo w/veggies on the side..

Re: Give me your best Pork Chops recipe!
Very simple...
Brown porkchops on both sides (can be with bone or boneless, but I think the boneless ones can be too dry.)
Add brown gravy and about 1/2 a sliced onion to the pan turn the heat to simmer, cover and cook for about 1 hour.
That's it!
