Re: Pork Chop recipe
I just made this last night: 4 boneless pork chops 4 potatoes, cut small 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped up 1 onion, sliced 1 cup chicken broth 1 tsp. oregano
season the pork chops with salt & pepper and brown in olive oil for about 10 minutes. Remove and transfer to plate. In the same pan, put in your potatoes, onions and oregano, cook for about 5-10 minutes til potatoes turn a little brown, then add your broth, peppers and pork chops and let it come to a boil. Cover and turn heat to low for 10 minutes..

Re: Pork Chop recipe
This sounds so good!!!
Lemonade Pork Chops
This sweet and lemony marinade gives pork steaks or chops a great flavor. Cook under the broiler, or out on the grill.
Cook Time: 30 Minutes Ready In: 30 Minutes Makes: 6 servings
Ingredients 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon celery salt 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 2 pounds thick cut pork chops or steaks
Directions 1. In a shallow glass dish, stir together the lemonade concentrate, soy sauce, celery salt, seasoned salt, and garlic powder. Place steaks in the mixture, cover, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat your oven's broiler. Remove pork steaks from marinade, and discard marinade. Place steaks on a broiling pan.
3. Broil about 4 inches from the heat source for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or to desired degree of doneness.

Re: Pork Chop recipe
Well a spammer pushed this up lol So I thought I'd post a recipe since it was here
BBQ Beer Pork Chops * 6 pork chops (thin sliced) * garlic powder * 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer (Corona is the best - I've tried other kinds and they don't taste the same) * 1 (18 ounce) bottle bbq sauce * 1 onion, sliced
* Season pork chops with garlic powder and brown on both sides. Remove from pan. * Pour beer into pan, stir to get all the crust from the pork chops off the bottom of the pan. * Pour in bbq sauce. Stir together. * Add pork chops and onions. * Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.
The sauce is great on mashed potatoes and as a salad dressing!

You should add this to the pork thread cause it looks yummy!
