Glad to see...
within the last month Ive been seeing alot more quality homes coming available in the $300's in Suffolk than earlier this yr.
Hope it continues b/c we would love to own within this year.
Anyone else noticing the same thing? Whatever your budgets are, are you noticing better homes lately?

I cant speak for LI since I'm in queens, but noticed that in my part of qns similar homes are on sale for almost 100k more then what dh and i paid.... and we only closed in September 2005
i feel like we got a bargain now, but i'm still choking on the cost

We moved to NJ and I have been keeping my eye out on the market here too. The number of homes on the market have droped and all are in the same price range since this summer.

YES in some areas... not in others but i am still hopeful!
