What are you SO GLAD you have?
What are the items you purchased or recieved before the baby was born that you are so GLAD you have now...because they are just complete lifesavers?
For me:
1. Definately my Medela Pump In Style. I can't get Emily to nurse from me, but at least I'm pumping a lot and most of her feedings are just breast milk. I was pumping in the hospital with thier pump and it was SO painful and uncomfortable. It was a Ameda Egnell and the way the vacuum worked hurt me so bad. The Medela PIS is just so much more comfortable for me. I'm glad I got it instead of renting a hospital grade machinebecause the hospital one wasn't a good fit for me.
2. My upholstered Glider from Best Chairs. I'm glad I got the upholstered one instead of a wooden one, which was a hard decision to make. It has wider, cushiony arms, and when Emily does latch on which is only about once a day I do the football hold and so she rests on those arms. I think it would have been harder with any other type of glider or chair.

I also am so happy with the Medela PIS. I've been able feed Luke BM for over two months because it works so well!
I don't think my hubby and I could have survived without 2 car bases for our son's carseat! Having one in each car makes life so much easier!!

The exersaucer. Alex loves it and it keeps him occupied so I can get house work done without worrying about him.

I second the Ocean Wonders Cradle Swing (JAcob loves this thing) and the Ocean Wonders Bouncer.... Although I am getting sick of the songs... I can't get them out of myhead sometimes...
I also like the First years crib CD player. I put in Baby Einstein CD's( depending what Iam in the mood to put in) and feed him while we are in the glider. He loves that also..

my fav is the the bathtub mat for me to kneel on while giving James a Bath...it has saved my knees from the pain a tile floor can inflict

Bibs. I didn't pull them out at first and was having to change her every time she ate but now we can sometimes make it through the day in one outfit.

My MOM! She has been my lifesaver! I love my miracle blanket, chammomile tea, the auarium bouncy seat, and the portable aquarium swing. I love veing able to move it from room to room with no hassle!

my son is 2 and we still LOVE our glider that I rock him and read to him in every night. Browns bottles are next up, and his crib cd player. (which im getting annoyed at replacing batteries evry week and might upgrade to a regular cd player for his room.) Music has been a lifesaver for us. Since birth it totally relaxes him, and now 2 yrs later, he knows when the music goes on its bed time.
