Rice is gluten free, but sometimes people with gluten sensitivities have sensitivity to grain too.

Gluten free food??
Rice is gluten free. It is also the main flour used in many commercial gluten free breads and pastas.

Look at the ingresdients,not all rice is made the same....sometimes they add stuff..white rice mostly is, brown rice I wouldn't assume....

Plain rice is gluten free naturally, however rice mixes (lipton, rice a roni, etc) usually are not. Always check the ingredients to be sure.
