gnocchi
DS put a package of gnocchi in the cart yesterday when I wasn't looking.
I have a recipe for chicken gnocchi soup, but was wondering what else to do.
He's not much of a red sauce eater, and won't try pesto.
I was thinking of using Ragu Cheddar Sauce and making "gnocchi and cheese" but not sure if it will work...any thoughts???

Re: gnocchi
its commonly prepared with a 4 cheese sauce and delicious that way! I would do something like a 4 cheese (parm, pecorino, fontina, asiago) or just a simple alfredo. YUMMMMY!

Re: gnocchi
Pink sauce/vodka sauce is yummy or I just do a olive oil and garlic drizzle with parm.

Re: gnocchi
I would take a couple of plum tomatoes, dice them up and saute them in olive oil with chopped garlic and basil. Then toss in the cooked gnocchi

I make Rachael Ray's crispy gnocchi with pesto all the time. It's delicious.
