In general, to continue eating well and exercising on a regular basis. It's been a year already, and it has become a part of my life now. I just need to keep on track.

Continue increasing my jogging and push myself to jog longer and faster.

Lose the remaining 20 pounds to reach my original goal and "healthy weight" for my body type. Then assess if I should lose more.

Defining my leg muscles to the point where I can be confident in a skirt.

Lose enough weight to see my clavicles without shrugging. Chat Icon

Getting rid of "Nanny arms". That extra skin under your upper arms that jiggles/swings as you get older. (named after my Nanny who had amazing Nanny arms Chat Icon )

Lose 25 lbs through healthy eating and continuing to go to the gym.

To amp up my running frequency.

To work out 5 times a week (3 of them cardio).

To be a better, healthier role model for my children.

Get back to the gym 3-5 day a week. Keep eating a clean diet. Get DH motivated!! Reduce my stress level.

In 2012 i would like to continue what i am doing. Keep exercising regularly and eating healthier while maintaining weight. Cut down some more on the processed foods.
- Complete my first marathon in January!
- Improve my PRs for half marathon, 15k, 10k, and 5k
- compete in as many races as I can
- 100 push up challenge thing... but honestly I don't want to do 100... would be happy with 30-40.

Awesome Goals ladies!

I guess I should list mine?

I will compete in my first fitness competition this April!

I will follow the directions my coach gives me (as far as increasing my food as he sees fit!)

I will continue to train hard and enjoy it!

I will work on re-training my brain to get away from my stupid eating disorder mentalities!

I ran my first half in 2011, so I want to beat that time in my second one in March

I want to run my first full in October

Run 1000 miles-- ambitious, I know, but with the marathon and half marathon training I should be able to do it!

My 2011 goal was to run a full Marathon but injury stopped me - I will do it in 2012!

Lose all my pregnancy weight and maybe 10 extra lbs after that.

Run more/run more races

Have more PRs

Eat healthy

Stay organized

be happy with my life.

My goals for 2012 are:

-to lose about 10 pounds...and keep it off!
-run at least 1 half marathon
-improve on my speed for 5k
-DRINK MORE WATER
-improve my eating habits (more fruits & veggies)

I have lost 60 lbs in the past 9 months, so I'm on my way towards my goals!!

But in 2012, I want to:

* Lose another, and my last, 20 lbs! Chat Icon Chat Icon

*Keep the weight off!

* Exercise at least 5 times a week

Reach my WW goal, so lose 25-30 pounds and become a lifetime member. I've accepted that WW will always be part of my life because I need to improve my lifestyle, not be on a diet.

Make fitness a regular part of my life.

I have 3 full marathons on my schedule.

San Diego to raise money for lymphoma
Steam town (Scranton pa) for a PR and hopefully a Boston qualifying time, just they just lowered times, so it's a little tougher
NYC -have guaranteed entry this year

Li half

Summer series - be back at my 2009 times and post baby PR

Lose baby weight...I still have a lot unfortunately.

Make switch to whole foods eating. And hope family responds.

To lose the rest of the baby weight and 10-12 on top of that. Plan to join WW and continue the gym (I started slowly before the holidays, wasn't working out except walking during pregnancy).

I just had DD #2 on 12/2. I didn't work out during my pregnancy. Just did a lot of walking.

I want to run a few 5Ks this spring/summer and run the Cow Harbor 10K in September!

My double jogging stoller just came in today, although my little one won't be in it for runs for quite some time...

I will be running a half marathon!!! I started to train yesterday and I hope to be able to accomplish this by May

I am a pretty healthy eater - I just need to stop with the chocolate and hopefully that will help loose the last 5lbs!

Complete a half marathon

To stick to a workout plan where I run at least 3x/week when not training for a race and weight/resistance train at least 2x/week

to stick to a healthier diet and make it a life style change

to stop eating at night out of boredom

to lose 60lbs (5lbs/month)

I'd like to lose 10lbs and run the Cow Harbor this year without ANY walking breaks (I quit way too easily). I haven't done that since high school!

2012 Goals

Lose 5-7 pounds. I got married in Oct and lost weight for the wedding, but I'd like to lose just that bit extra I didn't get to in time.

Exercise, period. I don't at all and I need to. Am interested in trying Bar Method and Physique 57 classes so if anyone has tried them, pls let me know your thoughts!

Sleep better, reduce stress.

Cook more, eat out less.

Drink more water.

I would also like to find an activity for DH and I to do together. He plays golf, so maybe I will try that. All suggestions welcome.
