God I love People...
Lady just came in and called me the "b" word. Because she didn't know how to use the bank...
We are set up a little different. We don't have cash drawers we have machines that dispense our money. Tellers do the transactions for us and then we have a machine that dispenses it for the customer.
She comes in with her son and throws her account # and a deposit slip at me. So I handed her deposit slip back to her and said this is a deposit slip we need a withdrawl slip. I go to get her the withdrawl slip (something I easly could have made her go fill out herself) and she said "she's a B" I swear I wasn't nasty. All I said was oh this is a deposit slip not a withdrawl 
It took everything I had to not tell her off.
She then goes on to say she hates the set up it "scares" her. And I said well I apologize but it prevents robbery (im not sure if anyone read in the paper about the robbery and the teller said they have no cash and the guy left) She said to me "WELL I DON'T CARE IF YOU GET ROBBED MY MONEY IS INSURED" I said well I really don't want a gun in my face  "WELL WHAT DO I CARE"

I love these people who are "overwhelmed" with lifes easiest tasks. My office is in a high end dept store. I get asked all the time by SNOB A$$ customers where things are. If I do know where they are I tell them or I simply explain I dont work in that department. Then Everyone freaking screams at me. People are A$$holes.

As she was walking away I wanted to say am I still what you called me before. When I tell you I don't want a gun in my face during a robbery (someone here worked in a regular branch was robbed 3 times had a machine gun in her temple the entire time) she actually says " What do I care"

I know the feeling!
- this morning an old man made a left hand turn out of the gas station - I had to come to a complete stop on Bell Blvd - just to avoid hitting him- and I would have hit him head on - on his door- in a HUGE SUV- ( I saved his life basically) and he flipped me off!
I was so pi$$ed- he was lucky I was late for work and that I wasn't driving too fast and could stop easily!

OH god it gets better 
This is the same lady who got mad cause my assistant manager did something for her (something she shouldn't have) and sent her a paper that needed to be signed with a note
It went like this
First name
Please sign this and mail it back or drop it of to us

She got mad cause the manager used her first name and drew a "kitten face" (ok really it was a smiley face) And thats not Professional . They aren't friends.
UMMMM You get mad at that. She came in and ripped her a new one about it. The first thing out of her mouth to my manager "this has nothing to do with race" My manager is black and spanish. Her feelings are (and mine to) ya it is cause if it wasn't why would you have said it?

Don't you love that. One day I was driving and this old man went through a stop sign (I was a lot younger just a note for whats coming next  ) So I kept my hand on the horn and threw my car in front of his. He got out of his car and came over to mine (my windows were down it was summer) put his hand in my car and started yelling at me. I called him a few choice words told him he had a STOP SIGN and then said get your %^$&* hand out of my window and started rolling it up

People S U C K!!
DH went to the supermarket for 1 item over the weekend. He was about to pull into a parking spot and an old (like 70ish) man left his shopping cart directly in the spot while DH was about to pull into it. DH asked (kindly I may add) would you mind not leaving it there I'm pulling into this spot. The guy says move it yourself.  Nice, right. Dh then had a few choice words and the guy ran back to his car. People are so rude and inconsiderate.

OMG was it the Mobil on the corner of Bell & Northern? I used to work near there & every day there was an accident or a near-accident of people coming out of that station!

Great point.
The other day we went shopping and there was the brand new navigator parked over the line in our spot. I could barely get into the car. Is it wrong that I accidently hit the nice shiny car and left a mark and some of my paint on it

The lines are your safety zone. If you can't fit into them, then you are not safe
I drive a huge pick-up, so some lots I don't fit into the spots. I parked the other day in a lot where I was too big. Next to me, there is this TINY little baby SUV crossover, taking up 2 spots. I got out of the car & actually heard the guy say "I have to take 2 spots so no one damages my $22,000 truck. Um, it is smaller than the spot & who cares how much you spent on it. It made me LMAO.

OOOPS
this happens to me all the time- I can never get into my car- and have to climb in over the passenger seat-
( mostly in my office parking lot- some spots are way smaller then others and the big spots get taken by 8:45am)
