Going Home Outfit, What Size?
I found a great going home outfit and bought it today and then realized it's 0-3 months and not newborn. I don't even remember if they had it in newborn. Is 0-3 going to be too big?

That's probably fine! It's going to be big on some babies, small on others, there's no telling! My son was born almost 10 lbs so he fit nicely in them!

Re: Going Home Outfit, What Size?
my son was born at 7 pounds 4 oz. and 0-3 we HUGE on him!
They also sell preemie size. I suggest maybe getting 1 outfit in preemie and one in 0-3 unless you don't mind it being big

Re: Going Home Outfit, What Size?
I bought 2 outfits with me newborn and 0-3 months. Although he was 10lbs he was able to wear the newborn outfit that day.

I guess I'll go back and see if I can get it in newborn as well and bring both and then just return one. Hopefully they have it. I am in love with this outfit now.

Re: Going Home Outfit, What Size?
My niece works at Carter's in Glen Cove for like 4 years now and she said that most people don't even do newborn because the baby will grow out of it so quickly. She said most babies will fit into 0-3 months no problem at birth, and at least it will last a little while.
You're most likely perfectly safe with the 0-3 months! Have you had an estimate on baby's size yet?

I agree... we had a newborn size, and my son was OVER 10lbs, and I had to have my mom go BUY an outfit to bring him home in...
