My S/O and I go out to dinner with my Best Friend every Sunday night, we split the bill 3 ways and I just pay our portions. There are two other friends that join us about once a month and we do the same thing. It works for us!!!
The onyl other thing we do is if someone has a lot of alcohol that person pays for it on top of their share of the bill.
