Going pee pee on the potty....our beginnings and a ? for the BTDT...
So for the past (less than a full) week I've been having Bella go pee pee on the potty right before bathtime. She's actually been doing it and gets all excited!
Her BFF was over the other day for a playdate and she is already potty trained (by 2) and was using the potty. Bella was in SUCH awe, she'd follow her and her mom into the bathroom all the time and watch.
So today, for the 1st time before we were heading out to run errands, I asked "Bella, do you want to go pee pee on the potty?" She said "Yes!" and goes to the bathroom and does pee pee on the potty!! 
I know it's just the start and the beginning. I'm taking it slow, not rushing or pushing this. It really helped to have her friend over because it's now a "monkey see, mokey do" kind of thing and she's doing it because of her (thankfully!)
SO my question for the BTDT mom's....what's the next step? What should I start doing now? Should I keep asking throughout the day and bringing her to the potty? I bought pull ups today and might have her start wearing them around the house.

Yay Bella!!!

I will let you borrow her ANY time  But seriously, it helped SO much having her BFF over showing her.

bring her throughout the day. Pull ups never worked on my DD, if she had anyform of diaper on, she would just pee in it. If you are going to be home, you might want to let her try "big girl panties" or just let her go commando.

mine too and I think miki is 90% there
she has been wearing big girl underware for 2 weeks (with only 2 accidents) and the only time she wears diapers is nap time (we plan to phase this out soon as she always wakes up dry) and night time (she woke up bone dry this morning)
I would suggest putting bella on the potty every 1/2 hour or so and she will eventually learn to hold it for longer OR do what I did, throw her in big girl underware and hope for the best, she may surprise you....Miki did

Bella is ready. Start her now. It's the PERFECT time, b/c she is ready and it's nice out.
The whole potty training thing fell in my lap too. The same exact thing happened to us. Ayla's BFF was over, who is 3 and she saw her go pee pee on the potty.
 It was like a god sent b/c that was all she needed.
I started her the next day and it's been a success ever since. She was 2 weeks shy of 2 years old.
If it wasn't for her BFF she wouldn't be trained right now.
Go for it!!!!
