How would a nanny get paid? Assuming working full time like 9-5ish

We pay our nanny $100/day for 3 days/week 7:30-4:30.

Wow Jen! Thats really inexpensive. I spend that on 1 and she goes to daycare. Does this person come to your home? Do you know them?

When I was looking the going rate was about $500 a week for a nanny.
