that's a great deal for new and waterfront
I have been looking for a long time- and that is the nicest and best price I have seen in a while
don't worry- they are too far east for me!

Even though it only has 3 bedrooms (as opposed to 4 bedrooms in the second) one, I love #1.

I like the house itself better for #1 but the canal looks nicer for #2. Both are great houses! Can't wait to hear how it goes!
