Going to my first OBGYN visit....
what should I expect?
I've been seeing my RE since I found out I was pregnant and getting weekly sonograms. I am now released from my RE to see my regular doctor.

i'm not sure since you are being released from your RE but I had a full exam with a pap, medical history, bloodwork script, urine sample, blood pressure and internal sono...good luck!

A lot of blood work, depending how far you are, they might try to hear the HB with the doppler, weight, urine.

I thought i wouldn't need more blood work since the RE took like 50 gallons, but the OB does repeat a lot of the blood work.
They'll do blood, sono, quick exam, blood pressure, height/ weight and the dr will talk to you about your pregnancy and ask u a million questions.

I went last night for my first appt.
They weighed me, I took a pee test, they did a sono and then the doctor went over questions we had, what to eat and not eat, etc.. Have to go back in 2-weeks and I am sure that is when they will take blood.
They did not do a pap or anything because I just went in June for my annual and they did that then.
Not sure how far along you are, but I am sure that depends as well.

Pretty much the same for me except they gave me a lab script to get blood work done.
