Gold's Gym in Smithtown. Anyone take their classes?
I just cancelled my LA Fitness membership & am looking to join another gym. I know someone who goes to Gold's Gym in Smithtown. She's always raving about the Latin Cardio classes. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with Gold's & if the classes are good. I have to get my azz in gear. I'm only 13 weeks pregnant, & I feel like I'm walking through mud during the day. I have to get back into shape. TIA!

A friend of mine belongs there and loves the zumba classes and spin! Why not use the 7 day guest pass to see if you like the classes?

I was thinking of doing that. The girl who goes there loves the Latin Cardio class.
