gonal f/repronex injections - question
my RE told me i could mix all three (2 gonal f vials and 1 repronex vial) in one syringe, so i dont know if that's the issue, but...has anyone experienced this:
(1) i am finding it difficult to inject, like I have to put a lot of pressure on the plunger to the point where i'm afraid its going to break! anyone else have this?
(2) while i'm not bruised, the site of the injection is sore to the touch. I never had this issue with the teh regular gonal f pen or ovidril. I imagine its because i'm pushing hard on the plunger of the syringe, but wanted to ask.
TIA

Re: gonal f/repronex injections - question
Perhaps The repronex is thicker and therefore getting it through the administration needle is tougher? I had some difficulty with my PIO. I had to use a special administration needle. The ones I used for menopur were too thin to get the solution out.

No issues here but I just did separate shots each night/day. Maybe call or ask the nurse next time you are there to do one for you and see if it still hurts? I had her do one of mine to confirm. Good luck!
