Re: good arm exercises??
cardio, PLUS
tricep dips: Begin sitting on a step or chair with hands next to thighs. Balance on your arms, moving backside in front of the step with legs straight (harder) or bent (easier). Bend the elbows and lower body a few inches, keeping the shoulders away from your ears and the elbows parallel to one another, going no lower than 90 degrees. Push back up to starting position. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 repetitions. If you have any wrist or shoulder problems, skip this exercise.
also, I don't know what it's called, but I use either a dumbbell or a medicine ball, holding with both hands.
I lift my arms above my head, keeping each arm parrallel to my ears, and lower the lift the ball/dumbbell BEHIND my head. I do 2 sets of 15 reps.
It helps tighten things up, but it's one of the hardest areas to tone.

Re: good arm exercises??
tricep kickbacks stand in front of a chair and lean forward, supportin yourself with one arm. Take a light weight in the other arm and point your elbow up to the ceiling. straighten out yoru forearm flexing your tricep. Do 3 sets of 10 and increase weight when it gets easy.
