Good charities for children's clothes/items

Good charities for children's clothes/items
DS is only a little over a month and has already outgrown some of his clothing.
Can anyone recommend a good charity to donate this stuff to, as well as things he outgrows in the months to come?
I will probably hold onto the swing/seat/etc but just for knowledge, if a place takes these kinds of items as well, let me know.
I want to make sure it goes to people who are truly in need.
I live on the border of Nassau/Suffolk on the South Shore, but work pretty much all over LI so location is not a big deal.

Our local church, OLOL has an outreach program. My neighbor works for it and is always in need of clothes, formula, diapers, etc
