Re: Good First Table Foods
Forgive me if this seems a little off base, I'm a little rusty, but I remember giving Andrew cut up banana, cut up American cheese, macaroni pasta (ditalini I think its called), small pieces of chicken, corn, peas, steamed carrots, etc.

Re: Good First Table Foods
I am clueless too. I just started Hayley too and I gave her some cut up american cheese and chicken pieces today. I am going to try to make pastina.

Re: Good First Table Foods
Our list includes:
Toast Toast w/ jelly Toast w/ melted cheese cheese (she loves cheese) mac & cheese pastina w/ cheese, butter, purreed veggies, all kinds of things mixed in. chunks of meatballs, hamburger, meat loaf pasta w/ tomatoe sauce cut up french fries sweet potatoe fries (tried these yesterday she loved them) chunks or shredded chicken avacado bits of steak grapes skinned and quartered chunks of strawberries banana slices, halved pear chunks frozen mini pancakes morning star farms brocolli& cheddar nuggets grilled cheese sandwiches... steamed brocolli forettes
I could probably go on and on...we pretty much offer her little bits of whatever we eat for our meals and then have some alternatives as necessary since she refuses baby food now .... so the doctor said to do it this way...
she is 9.5 months old. she'll be 10 months on 8-6-06
