Just want you all to know....before JULY...my longest run was a 10k (6.2 miles) and tomorrow I will be running 26.2 miles. YOU CAN DO IT TOO if you really want to.
Make your dreams come true today, cause you never know what will happen tomorrow! Losing my dad at 52, he was my only parent, taught me this lesson. This is for you DAD!!!!
