Good Luck Wishes for DH Please - Update
He is flying down to Florida tonight for six days - he has a lot going on with potential jobs and hopefully he will finally get a perm firefighter job!!
His flight out of LGA is now delayed two hours and he has a 10 am psychological exam tomorrow morning!!!!
Please pray they don't cancel his flight - he just called to tell me they cancelled one flight already.

Update: DH just called- they cancelled his flight and didn't even tell anyone - he went to the gate and someone "admitted it." They are not even putting him on the earliest flight tomorrow - they say that is all booked. He is missing his test - I don't know what is going to happen now

If his flights get cancelled, he's going to have to beg this psychologist for another time/another day...

They just pushed the flight back two more times in 5 minutes - estimated departure is 12:30 am - by the time he gets in from the airport it will be 4:30 am if he's lucky - then has to sit through such a long exam
I just feel like everything is stacked against us being successful in FLorida

can he take a diff. airline and use the credit on that airline to come home?
are their any earlier flights tomorrow morning from their or out of JFK?

I was going to suggest JFK or even Newark
maybe even Islip- they never cancel flights - my sister flys out of there all the time

We just got home he got a manager to get him on the 6:40 am flight, but the guy couldn't print out a ticket - he needs to go online now and rent a car because in order to make his appt he has to go straight there. We are going to try and sleep and go back to airport in 3 hours

Sorry to hear about the snafu in his plan. I would call whomever is administering the test and explain the situation to them. I am sure they will be accommodating.
