Good paint besides BM?
I need it for a small room so I don't want to spend a lot of $. Is American Tradition good or any other brand from Lows? TY!

When it came to setup the nurseries, we used paint from Ace Hardware since there was one around the corner. It came out very nice. I have BM in the rest of my house and I couldn't tell the difference.

I dont know if Lowes has it but i just painted my kitchen with Pratt & Lambert and it came out great!

Behr paint is also very good - my FIL swears by it and uses nothing else. We're using a Behr color for the kitchen - whenever we finish up this painting project, I'll let you know how it turned out!

Absolutely a great paint! I've tried them all and love the AT from Lowe's. Will never use anything else!

Yes Lowe's has great paint. Also, I dont remember the name of it but its the most expensive brand Walmart carries - which is still cheaper than BM.

I know my sister has used American Traditions in her living room...the color looks great and she hasn't complained about anything.

we used american traiditon in our guest room since we one day hope to turn it into a nursery....so we didn't want to spend the $$ to paint it, and you would never know the difference!

We bought American Tradition, a sage green and a burgandy. I will post pics after we paint our BR and excercise room.

We used Behr in a few rooms and liked it.
My dad actually really likes Sears paints. He thinks it is better than some of the expensive brands.
