I'm not sure if 56th Fighter Group has a seperate party room - but they have delicious brunches.
Singletons in Bethpage does a good brunch too.

I love Milk & Sugar Cafe in Bay Shore. Not very big, but very cute & the food is good.

Molly malones in Bayshore..
DH's cousin had her shower there, it was great. HUGE room with a View and the brunch was great!

We've had brunch at Peppercorn's in Hicksville and Hemingway's in Wantagh, both delish. We've had parties at both restaurants, not brunch ones but I'm sure they'd do it.
