good recipe with mushrooms? besides marsala?

i have mushrooms in the fridge...what is a good simple recipe i can make with them other than chicken marsala?

preferably something with chicken, pork chops, or ground turkey, or vegetarian. TIA

I've put them in meatloafs before

saute them, for a burger toppings (w/ swiss yumm!)

Tonight I actually just threw them in with some speghetti sauce and simmered it for a while

there is a GREAT one on here that somebody posted like a year ago... i'll see if i can search for it
its mushroom stuffed chicken. basically, you take garlic and mushrooms and breadcrumbs and then stuff them into chicken and bake it. comes out SOO good!! i'll see if i can find it...

Are they big enough to stuff? Giada from the food network has a great recipe for stuffed mushrooms that has turkey sausage, gorgonzola cheese, and breadcrumbs...

Sher's chicken patties

1 pack mushrooms
1/2 bell pepper
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
salt
1.3 lbs ground chicken

puree mushrooms and pepper in the food processor. transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients.... smush together and make patties. Fry in canola or olive oil

I tried this recipe a few weeks ago and it was really good. I didn't use as much garlic and used dill instead of thyme so I don't know how the exact recipe is

garlic balsamic chicken

INGREDIENTS

* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
* salt and pepper to taste
* 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 6 cloves garlic
* 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
* 3/4 cup chicken broth
* 1 bay leaf
* 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
* 1 tablespoon butter


DIRECTIONS

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Rinse the mushrooms and pat dry. Season the flour with salt and pepper and dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat and saute the chicken until it is nicely browned on one side (about 3 minutes).
2. Add the garlic. Turn the chicken breasts and scatter the mushrooms over them. Continue frying, shaking the skillet and stirring the mushrooms. Cook for about 3 minutes, then add the vinegar, broth, bay leaf and thyme. Cover tightly and simmer over medium low heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Transfer the chicken to a warm serving platter and cover with foil. Set aside. Continue simmering the sauce, uncovered, over medium high heat for about 7 minutes. Swirl in the butter or margarine and discard the bay leaf. Pour this mushroom sauce mixture over the chicken and serve.
