Good Sam mommies question
At one of the doctor visits they gave me a preadmission form to fill out and bring to the hospital so it cuts down on paperwork while I am actually in labor. Wondering if I can just bring it there whenever or if I should call and make an appointment. I called there yesterday (the number I have for the hospital) and I got a recording... I figure its a hospital someone has to be there 24/7 right? Anyone else do this?

Re: Good Sam mommies question
I mailed it in. You can also just drop it off. You don't need an appointment.

I also have the form and my dr. told me to drop it off at the admissions building whenever I get a chance to avoid double paperwork. I dont think we need an appointment.

Re: Good Sam mommies question
We're not delivering there but going to a Lamaze class & the nurse told us people should personally drop it off at admissions. You don't need an appt.
