Good shampoo for itchy scalp?

Good shampoo for itchy scalp?
The past week, Thomas is scratching his head (mostly the back by his neck). I juse Johnson's shampoo. I just gave him a bath last night and he was especially itchy this morning. He is a toddler so not signs of cradle cap or anything like that... no visable redness or scaling or dandruff... just itchy. His skin is very dry too, from the cold, I believe... dry and rouch and chapped.
Is there a good shampoo for this?

I didn't think of that... maybe that will help. I only worry because his skin is very sensitive and prone to eczema... I wouldn't want to aggravate it. Maybe it comes in fragence free... Thanks!
