Goodbye...
Happy New Year everyone! 
I know I post on here a lot and you are all probably so sick of me  This will be my final post about my weight loss progress. I do still want to lose some more weight but I feel like this part of my journey is over...whatever is to come is just icing on my low-fat cake
I am healthy and I feel strong. This to me is priceless and something I will never give up on or let go of. I feel amazing from the inside out and I have never felt this good about myself before. For those of you who may be struggling or even just beginning your journey, I urge you to stick. Invest the time and energy on yourself to achieve your goals - your returns will be greater than any of the effort or sacrifices you may make.
My leader has been asking for before pictures from me for a while now. I think they're going to eventually hang them up on the board at weight watchers  As much as I post pictures on here I am not exactly thrilled about having my pictures there for everyone to see. My before pictures aren't exactly the most flattering...
So I started going through some of my pictures from before I started my journey. Is it sick that I still remember every single one? I remember how horrible I felt about myself and my body. The pictures never seemed to reflect the inner me. A part of me was missing and I didn't even know it until I found it within myself.
Sorry to be so melodramatic but it's the new year and I guess that always brings about self-reflection. I wanted to share this with you all because I want to thank you for helping me along the way. This board has become a home for me and I love all of you girls!!! I can't thank you enough for your support and encouragement...it has helped more than you could ever know 
So here are the last of my pictures. They are my goodbye photos...goodbye to the old me. My new and much improved life has already begun. I am ready to separate myself from that person...I have not been her for a long time now.
I want to leave you with a quote (don't laugh Deb! ). I found it the other day and I think it may be the best one yet!

That was absolutely beautiful
I am so proud of you. Of course for losing the weight, but more importantly for finding the strength to disconnect yourself from the 'old' you and move on to the 'new' you. You are not the same person you were just a year ago today. You will never be that person again. Yes, you have the same beliefs and values. But you have moved on. You have been through so much that you can't possibly ever go back now. The most difficult part of the weightloss journey is the emotional aspect. And I am so proud that you have "put your behind in your past."
I'll stop blabbering.

You look FABULOUS and I am so happy that you have achieved your goal for the new year!
Looking at your pictures proves that if you just stick with it, no matter how hard it gets, you WILL achieve your goal.
I will really miss you on this board,but I am so happy for you that you can move on from it.
I'm hoping I can be as successful in the new year as you have been!

Congratulations! You look incredible - and it is clearly more than a physical transformation - because you were beautiful before.. now YOU recognize your own beauty and feel good about yourself. That's fantastic. I really hope to be posting something similar in the next 18 months or so!

This is my first time on this board on LIF and I just wanted to say "Congrats and GL on your new journey". You look amazing. I'm doing Weight Watchers myself right now and I needed some inspiration. to a great 2009 for all of us.

You are such a strong and amazing woman. Congratulations on reaching your goal and I know you will be successful in any future goals you set for yourself. You can see the transformation in you both inside and out.
I too would love periodic updates on how you are because I am getting ready to start this difficult journey again and know someone in my position made it and is making it helps so much.
