Goody bags for classmates
Do second graders still bring in goody bags for holidays like Halloween, Christmas, V Day, etc? I've done it since DD was in K, but am now questioning whether it is time to stop. I'd kind of like to not do it anymore.

Yes. My kids come home with a boat load of candy. I don't even know who its from most of the time..its cute but not necessary (IMO) most of it gets tossed or put away.
For Holiday's & V Day I will send kids in with s snack or juice for the class party or other items teacher's needs. That's it. Its not a big deal if you stop. Kids get enough stuff.
