I feel your pain. Thanks to coxsackie we had a weekend from hell. Poor little babies. I hope Jacob is feeling better.

Thanks for the well wishes girls.. Last night his fever did go down to 99, but he was up from 2:15 until 5:30 am. I tried everything, rocking, bringing him in bed with us, nothing would soothe him, he was sooooo miserable. I think its his mouth that is bothering him from those sores.. so much saliva is coming out.. He finally slept from 5:30- 7am, and has been miserable all morning. Just screaming out in bursts!!  He hasnt vomited which is good. But the fever is climbing back up again. Now its 100.5....  I hope this goes away fast. I am so tired.. feel like i did when he was just born!!! Thanks again girls for the hugs, it means a lot to us!

My son had coxsackie too about two weeks ago. It was horrible, high fever and screaming. The only good thing is it generally runs its course within 3-4 days. On the fourth day my son woke up with a huge grin and was back to himself.
I hope he gets better REAL soon!!!!!!
