gorgonzola mashed potatoes recipe
Anyone make this before? Can I just mix the cheese in? Will it melt in?

I do make them the regular way (using milk and butter) and will then add in the gorgonzola to melt through.
I do find that I use less milk when I make them and add the cheese.
