got my Christmas present early!
Since DH got to open his present yesterday (not like there was ever a chance of him holding out for a month  )... he gave me my gift today!!! 
It's a Canon 8 megapixel SLR!!! I've wanted one for so long, but always felt guilty b/c they were so  . But i'm so excited!!
now, i just need to find time to start taking pics again 
ok, i was just really excited and wanted to share

Great camera! I have the same! I can't believe how much the price dropped on them! When I got mine (over a year ago) it was a few hundred more  
Now with the 10mp coming out.....but I won't get the 10 cause there isn't much of a difference just yet.
