wow, has anyone seen all the bad reviews on this mop on HSN? I was also thinking of getting it for my hardwood floors..but it looks like the floors remain really wet afterwards..
I won't be using it on my hardwoods. I just can't see how steam on wood(sealed or not) can be good. I purchased it for my tile floor. The tile reviews seemed good at Amazon, Walmart and other sites.

Are you all using distilled water in your machine? I just read they we should us it instead of tap water...
why? is it better for the mop or for the floors?

so we shouldn't use it on our hardwoods?
I don't have this mop yet, but everyone seems to be raving about it, I just might get it if it will be good on my hardwoods and tile...
By the way, is it good on granite tile?

Any hard surface... I don't have wood floor so I can't comment on that kind of surface.
