I am sorry if I was not clear enough, the person with Cancer is Dotty, she is a family friend of mine and a close family friend and co-worker of JoAnne's.
My thoughts and prayers are sent her way....how horrible. My grandmother had colon cancer and went through a lot. Thankfully and knock on wood she surpassed all of her struggles and she has been okay. Hopefully things will turn in a more positive direction for your friend. I'm so sorry to hear about this!
