Gowns for baby?
Do we need them? When do they wear them? A coworker said to me something about the gowns the baby wears. I just went along with it but I had no idea.

I love them. They're very useful for middle of the night changings. I would say I probably used them with my first daughter for about 2 months, but this time I don't always put Abby in them since it's a warmer season and they're long-sleeved.

I use them now for my son. We have central air, so the long sleeves are a must for us. They do help make diaper changes at 3am calmer therefore keeping him from getting too alert.
My daughter who was born in May as well used them for her first 3 months...and I lived in the south then.

It is a love/hate relationship for me. I like them for the middle of the night diaperchanges but they ride up alot and sometimes the elastic part was all the way to his stomach and he looked cold!
