graco vs britax convertable carseats?
are the graco just as good as the britax??? i could use some BTDT advice.. i really wanted the britax decathon but its almost 100.00 more then the graco one my niece has... any suggetions or advice is greatly appreciated!! thanks so much!

I have both the Britax Marathon and the Graco Comfortsport.
I just got the Graco Comfortsport as a 2nd car seat for DH's car and its' a great quality seat. There are some differences between the Britax and the Graco (weight restrictions, etc).
If money is an issue, the Graco is an excellent seat and you can't go wrong with it.

I love my Britax Roundabout.
I just looked them up on Consumer Reports. They rank only four convertible seats. Here is the info from the site:
Evenflo Triumph 5 (rating = 81)
Britax Roundabout (rating = 81)
Cosco Alpha Omega (rating = 80)
Britax Marathon (rating = 58)

thanks so much. i just had my shower and got a ton of gift cards an stuff but i just thought if i could save my self 100.00 i would try and do so that way i can use it for the bottles and diapers im going to need. and i also liked how the graco had cupholders..lol silly i know just thougth it was cute
