Granite tile countertop
Does anyone have granite tile countertops instead of a granite slab? I saw it once on HGTV and relaly liked it.

We are doing this, it will be finished this weekend! I'll be posting pictures when we're done. It was sooooooooooo much cheaper than a slab.

The only downfall to tile is the grout lines, they have to be sealed and cleaned often.

We just bought a house that has this...it looks awesome and I think it is actually cheaper than the slab counter top. Sorry I don't have pics to show!

you know what else you could try, I believe they call it "remnant"granite. It's larger slabs from bigger jobs that is "left over". the granite sites usually sell it much cheaper. I saw this on one of those flip house shows
