I drank 8ox grapefruit juice(pink) from day 15-23 I believe and then ate 1 small can of dole pinapple in it's own juice every day 23-bfp.

The cycle i got pregnant with my DS, I drank 8oz of pink grapefruit juice from CD1-till I O'd to increase CM (i also drank decaf green tea the same amount of time). It seemed to work as i did get pregnant
