21 for me too. It was very few though until about 29/30 and then they started coming in a bit more. I don't do anything (i.e dye), but most people think my grays are highlights...LOL

I'm good so far and approaching 32. Every once in a while I get paranoid and start staring in the mirror. I pluck what I think is gray, and then realize it was the lighting.  BUT, does that maybe disprove the theory that for every one you pluck, two more grow in? I'll be supporting Miss Clairol when it does happen, though.

My first gray hair was at 18 and it slowly got worse and worse, at 31, I would say I am almost 40% gray, I start to get I white stripe down my part if I don't retouch my dye job at 5-6 weeks.....

I was 23 but I am now 38 and I don't have a lot of them. The progression was slow. At first I thought that my head would be covered by 30.

I think I was in my mid-late 20's when I found my 1st one. a few years later I noticed some more. I am 37 and barely have any, I consider myself lucky

I just noticed them about a month ago, then I dyed my hair dark and said bye-bye, Im 31. DH has had them since we met, he blames them on me.
