Great advice I received when I was preggo that I want to pass on

Hi ladies!

My sister (lmb03) had advised me to have DS start daycare a week before I went back to work. I took her advice and I am so happy I did.

I was able to deal with him being there and not having to think at work for that first week. DH and I were able to take the week to make sure we had a routine that worked for us without me having to feel rushed to get to work. I was also able to use the time to prepare for going back to work and take care of things around the house.

I started back at work today and I have to say that it was so much easier to say goodbye to him since it was the 7th time doing it, not the first. It made the morning so much better and the day a little easier. I was so happy that I did it this way. Just thought I would put it out there.

oh yeah - one more piece of advice:
If you have not worn heals in months start wearing them around the house a little more before you go back to work in them. I did not do this and OUCH!!! My feet are killing me

Thanks for the tip. I am hoping we can use our family/friends to watch the baby, but I will still need some other kind of back up. This is good advice.
