I can't live without my mini-prep. It is my most favorite kitchen gadget. I loooove the different colors. And my immersion blender has recently gone missing. Maybe I can drop a hint to Santa for a Christmas / bday gift combo!

I love my mini prep too! Especially for making guacamole! I throw everything but the avocado in there! Chat Icon

You've been a good girl this year! Hope Santa gets you some good stuff! Chat Icon

I put the avocado in there too! Well.. when I am making a small batch anyway! I also do my dressings in there.. it gives them a great consistancy and incorporates them so well that they don't seperate easily.

I like mine SUPER chunky so that's why I don't put it in... I'm weird though!

Oooh, I've been wanting an immersion blender... I just have no idea what I'd use it for!

I make a lot of soup: with beans or veggies. When you want to puree them just stick the blender right in the pot.

Also my mom is a huge fan of Carnation Instant Bfast and those are great for mixing the powder up.
