Great Dr. visit today1!!
Went to the Perinatologist today and got awesome news!!
My cervix has lenghtened to 3.1cm with pressure/3.5 without...
They did a FFN test to check for risk of preterm labor...as long as that comes back negative, no steroids for at least another 2 weeks...
Dr. Doom was very positive and said that as long as I remain on bedrest things look really good....
So, for any of you ladies going on bedrest - It really does work!!!

that is soooooooo wonderful!! i am so happy for you! i hope the ffn test comes back negative. Just an FYI even if it comes back positive its not a good indicator that you will go into labor. Its usful to give steriods but only 18 % of woman that have a positive ffn will go into some type of labor in 2 weeks. I tested positive over 4 weeks ago, and never have had any signs of labor!

I'm due 8/12 and am not really worried about the FFN test...I'm betting it will be negative.
Pre-term labor was never my problem...dilation was...even after I dilated, I never went into labor, it had to be induced.
