great iPad app for diet/fitness
Just wanted to share this with all of you The app is called Spark People
You can put in how many lbs you want to lose by what date and it tells you how many calories you need to eat, and how many you need to burn. You can keep a record of everything you eat and it tracks you fat, calories and carbs for you. There's a such a huge database of foods on there (it has everything the users add to it) you can track your ecxersise and it has a mea plan you can follow if you want to but it's optional. I can't remember how much it was but it's the best app I have for diet & fitness...

Be careful with these apps they will often not take your basal metabolic rate into account- This can cause them to make recommendations for daily intake that are ridiculously low for the average woman.

It says 1500-1850 calories per day I thinks it's good because it brought to my attention I haven't been having enough (something like 900 calories a day)
