Groin pull?
I never pee sitting down in public bathrooms... so as I stood there, I felt like I pulled a muscle... down there.... in the "lip" area (sorry TMI ).... and now it's uncomfortable to walk. It's definitely not inside, and feels more muscular than anything else.
......is this normal?? Has this happened to anyone?

I just wondered if this is completely normal, and harmless.

Re: Groin pull?
I've definitely pulled a muscle as well that just won't seem to heal right. I did it taking a long vigorous walk one day. It's not in the area you described, but more in my innner thigh. But just won't heal. Only seems to bother me at night when I try to sleep. UGH. Just what I need another thing to keep me awake. My Dr. didn't seem alarmed, however she did mention wanting to send me to an orthopedist if it doesn't get better.
