Does anyone have any good recipes to use with ground turkey besides hamburgers, meatballs, etc.?

Re: Ground Turkey
INGREDIENTS: 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
DIRECTIONS: 1. In a large bowl, mix together 1/3 cup condensed French onion soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and black pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties. 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown both sides of patties. Pour off excess fat. 3. In a small bowl, blend flour and remaining soup until smooth. Mix in ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard powder. Pour over meat in skillet. Cover, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
****instead of making the gravy...like in step 3...I just use the canned/bottled gravy, pour it over the cooked patties, add some canned mushrooms, drained , cover and let cook for a bit
YUMMY!!

Re: Ground Turkey
I also make lettuc wraps, like they make at PF changs
ETA Recipe:
(I substitute in ground lean turkey & add more veggies if I want too)
Moo Shu Beef Lettuce Cups Ingredients 1 sprays cooking spray 1 pound uncooked lean ground beef (with 7% fat) or 2 cups chopped cook white chicken breast 1 cup onion(s), yellow, thinly sliced 2 Tbsp ginger root, fresh, minced 2 medium garlic clove(s), minced 2 cup bok choy, thinly sliced 1 can water chestnuts, rinsed in warm running water and chopped 1 medium sweet red pepper(s), thinly sliced 2 cup button mushrooms, thinly sliced (about 10 mushrooms) 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 8 leaf Boston bibb lettuce Preparation Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and set pan over medium-high heat. Add beef, onion, ginger and garlic; cook until beef is browned and onion is soft, breaking up meat as it cooks, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add bok choy, water chestnuts, red pepper, mushrooms and soy sauce; cook until bok Choy is wilted and pepper is tender-crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes. Spoon about 1/2 cup of beef mixture into each lettuce leaf. Yields 2 filled leaves per serving. Serve with extra soy sauce if desired

Re: Ground Turkey
i do the salisbury steak, too.. SOO Easy! just make the patties, brown them on both sides in a big frying pan (abotu 4-5 minutes each side).. then dump in a can of beef gravy and heat it through i serve it all over egg noodles usually... add a bag of "steam in the bag" green beans- and there ya go!

Re: Ground Turkey
I use it sometimes instead of ground beef when I make Taco Salads, or tacos. Also when I make meat sauce for my pasta I'll use the ground turkey

Re: Ground Turkey
Lisa, I made the salisbury steak recipe last night & it was good. I could not find condensed french onion soup so I used the onion soup mix and readjusted the recipe but it was still good.
